We're looking for someone ready to take on high-responsibility challenges, manage large-scale steel sector projects of up to €80M, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful and efficient delivery.


Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the execution of international projects from contract review to final delivery, ensuring objectives are met in terms of timeline, cost, and quality.

Together with your project team, you'll take charge of:

  1. Reviewing contracts with clients.
  2. Organizing and leading meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  3. Identifying risks and defining mitigation strategies.
  4. Planning, monitoring, and updating project timelines.
  5. Coordinating teams and departments involved in the project.
  6. Monitoring costs and comparing them against the budget.
  7. Overseeing invoicing milestones.
  8. Solving problems and removing roadblocks.
  9. Managing contract changes.
  10. Closing and evaluating the project.

What We’re Looking For

Background:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • PMP certification or training in project management is a plus (not mandatory).


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager (ideally 10).
  • Experience in international projects is a plus.


Languages:

  • English: minimum B2 (C1 preferred).


Tools:

  • Required: Microsoft Project.
  • Preferred: Primavera.
